Iversen & Sons INC was started in the Spring of 2007 by a couple guys wanting to “do it for themselves”.  After completing a commercial subdivision in Grand Mound, business increased rapidly. But the growth wasn’t due to any other reason, but hard work and professionalism.  Our goal from day one was to finish projects on time, if not ahead of schedule.

After initially doing mainly private civil projects, we began doing some municipality based projects as well. And most recently taking on a broader scope, with adding structural and building and concrete to our services.
